A-Team Consulting Is Not a Good Business Model for a Consulting Firm

A-Team consulting firms that collaborate senior managers to gain a shared understanding of how senior mangers can achieve Clear Objectives enabled by ERP Systems and then phase out when senior managers decide their services are no longer required is not a good business model for growing a consulting firm.

A-Team Consulting is a Good Business Model for Developing A-Team Consultants

It is however, an excellent business model for A-Team consultants to accumulate understandings, answers to questions and lessons learned that have been used to continually improve an A-Team Methodology.
